Below are some of the partners we work with and a variety of different organisations who we recommend for facts, support and advice. For urgent mental health crises, you can call NHS 24 on 111 or, if you're experiencing a life-threatening situation, dial 999.

Breathing Space

For non-emergency mental health support, consider Breathing Space on 0800 83 85 87.

Samaritans

The Samaritans offer someone to talk to by calling 116 123. They won't judge or tell you what to do.

CAMHS

For urgent mental health support for children and young people in Fife, call 111 or visit them online.

The Alcohol and Drug Partnership (ADP) is a strategic partnership of the Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP), aiming to reduce the prevalence, impact and harms associated with problematic alcohol and drug use throughout Fife.

HandsOn provides help and practical advice for supporting children and young people's mental health and emotional wellbeing. This website is for parents, carers and people who work with children and young people in Fife.
